These terms are between you and JT Solutions OÜ (commercial registry code 16283823, VAT no. EE102459516), registered at Seebi 1, 11316 Tallinn, Estonia ("Racquet Passport," "we," "us"), and govern your use of racquetpassport.app. Contact: support@racquetpassport.app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Racquet Passport is a digital record-keeping service for racquet stringing history. It lets players track their racquet's service history, and lets independent stringers and shops offer that history as part of their own service.
Racquet Passport is not a stringing service. We don't string racquets, employ stringers, or guarantee the quality of any specific job. Stringers and shops using Racquet Passport are independent businesses, not employees or agents of ours. Any dispute about workmanship, pricing, or service quality is between you and the stringer or shop that did the work.
You sign in using a one-time code sent to your email — there's no password to manage, which also means keeping access to your email account secure is how you keep your Racquet Passport account secure. Accounts are for individual use; please don't share your sign-in access.
Racquet Passport is available to players, independent stringers, and racquet shops or clubs. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service (in most places, this means being at least 16 years old, or having a parent/guardian's consent).
Plans and pricing for stringers and shops are described at racquetpassport.app/start. At this stage, plan activation is handled directly by us via an activation code issued after you sign up — automated card payment isn't live yet, so we'll be in touch personally to get you set up.
Founding-partner rate lock. The yearly rate in effect when you activate a plan is held for you for as long as that plan remains continuously active. If standard pricing changes later, your rate doesn't. The notice-of-change sentence below applies to features and plan terms — not to a founding partner's locked rate.
Paid plans renew yearly at your rate, and we'll email you before each renewal. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the running yearly period; we don't refund a started year pro rata. Tag orders are invoiced at the rates shown in the app when you place the order. Features and plan terms may change; we'll give notice of material changes before they take effect for existing partners.
Tags bought at a partner shop's counter are that shop's own sale to you. When you order a tag or a replacement tag from us in the app and we post it to you, that is a distance sale by JT Solutions OÜ, and as an EU consumer you have the right to withdraw from it within 14 days of receiving the tag, without giving a reason. To exercise it, email support@racquetpassport.app within those 14 days and we'll refund what you paid. If the tag has already been applied to a racquet, we may reduce the refund by its diminished value. Prices shown to players include VAT.
You keep ownership of the content you add — racquet details, stringing logs, photos, and reviews. By adding it, you grant us a license to store, display, and process it as needed to provide the service (for example, showing a racquet's history to its owner and the stringer servicing it). Don't upload anything you don't have the rights to, or that's abusive, fraudulent, or illegal.
We aim to keep Racquet Passport available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may add, change, or remove features as the service develops. We'll try to give notice of changes that materially affect how you use it.
You can stop using Racquet Passport and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, including abuse of the claim-code or sign-in system.
Racquet Passport is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including — but not limited to — disputes over stringing quality, missed restring reminders, or data loss, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know in the app.
